Welcome to TapTrust. By accessing or placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1.1 General
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the TapTrust online store and apply to all transactions made through our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
1.2 Eligibility
By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase.
1.3 Orders and Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.
1.4 Payment
We accept secure online payments through our available payment methods. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
1.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Items not returned in their original packaging
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable)
1.6 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at taptrust.za@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will assess the matter and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
1.7 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at taptrust.za@gmail.com with your order number. If the order has already been fulfilled, our standard return process will apply.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
TapTrust shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
1.9 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) No. 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) No. 25 of 2002.
